Terms
Last updated: June 7, 2026
These terms describe the basic rules for using RunLock’s website, beta waitlist, and Android app.
By using the RunLock website, joining the waitlist, or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use RunLock.
RunLock may be offered as a beta product. Features can change, break, or be discontinued as we learn from users and improve the app.
RunLock encourages movement, but you are responsible for choosing safe goals and environments. Do not use RunLock in a way that distracts you while walking, running, driving, cycling, or doing anything that requires attention.
RunLock helps you limit access to selected apps until movement goals are complete. Emergency unlocks and device permissions may affect blocking behavior. RunLock does not guarantee that every app, device, or Android version will behave identically.
You agree to provide accurate information when joining the waitlist or creating an account. We may remove duplicate, invalid, abusive, or suspicious submissions.
You may not misuse RunLock, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer restricted parts of the product, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
RunLock is a productivity and digital wellbeing product. It is not medical advice, a fitness prescription, or a substitute for professional guidance.
RunLock is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RunLock is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or app.
