Use this public page to request deletion of your RunLock account and associated app data.
Data We Delete
We delete your account profile, app settings, blocked app configuration, movement history, streaks, and synced app state from our systems.
Data That May Be Retained Temporarily
Some records may be retained temporarily where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or payment processing. Purchases and subscription records managed by Google Play or RevenueCat may be retained according to their policies.
Processing Time
We will review your request and process eligible deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible. We may ask for additional information if needed to verify account ownership.
